Great location close to a fascinating museum on indigenous people and in a secluded area. Staff were nice and spoke some English. The hotel provided a computer and printer in the lobby. The room had a comfortable bed, excellent AC, clean facilities, and a lovely balcony overlooking the city.
Nothing to dislike.

We stayed in a hotel near the main attractions. Although it was in a secluded area, we could easily access everywhere. the hotel was clean and had a beautiful balcony overseeing the area. the staff were accommodating and the shower provided plenty of hot water.
The breakfast options were limited, and we had to specify how we wanted our eggs to be cooked.

Convenient Location and Friendly Staff This hotel has a great location close to the main square and river. the staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. the rooms include a mini-fridge and air conditioning which are a great plus. Another advantage was the affordable prices compared to other hotels in the area.
Noise Level and Lack of Amenities Unfortunately, noise levels from the surrounding area and street traffic could be heard in the rooms which made it difficult to sleep. the lack of on-site amenities like a restaurant or complimentary airport shuttle were disappointing.

Located close to shops & restaurants, nice breakfast buffet. The room was clean, spacious, & comfortable.
The staff appeared disorganized at times & struggled to handle the holiday crowd efficiently. The elevator was quite slow and temperamental, at times not even working.
